2.1. Rescheduling and Cancellations
To reschedule or cancel a service, clients must notify us 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one service visit.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of each service visit. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
3.1. Late Payments
Late payments will incur a 5% late fee for each week the payment is overdue. Continuous late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Ensure unobstructed access to the property during service times
- Remove or secure any objects that may hinder lawn mowing
- Inform us of any specific areas requiring special attention

5. Liability and Insurance
Lawn Mowing Yiewsley is insured for liability in the case of accidental damage to property or injury to individuals during service delivery. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage resulting from natural wear and tear.

Any claims regarding damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service. Detailed documentation, including photographs, may be required to process claims.
6. Health and Safety

Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled within 14 days. Any prepaid services beyond the termination date will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
8. Modifications to Terms
Lawn Mowing Yiewsley reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or written communication. Continued use of services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8.1. Notification of Changes
Clients will receive a minimum of 14 days notice before any substantial changes to the terms take effect. It is the client's responsibility to review the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yiewsley is located. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this area.

13. Severability
